About Us: Rebellyous Foods is an early-stage, plant-based food start-up. As a food production and manufacturing technology company, we are working to substantially increase the volume and lower the price of high-quality plant-based chicken products to effectively replace animal-based meat on a large scale.
About the Role: Rebellyous Foods is seeking a hardworking, conscientious, flexible, and detail-oriented Supply Chain& ERP Administrator who enjoys making a difference, being a part of a team, and takes pride in working at a high level in an extremely fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment. We are seeking a mission-focused and dedicated team member who takes on duties enthusiastically and independently. This position reports to the CEO.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administration of manufacturing IT systems including ERP software (SAP experience highly preferred).
- Enter production, inventory and finance data into systems and conduct frequent data analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Manage deadlines based on project and/or data analysis needs and expectations.
- Come to understand Rebellyous operations processes in depth, identify gaps in SAP reports to optimize the existing reports and create new reports to benefit operations.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager and Operations to identify areas for improvement in SAP setup and reporting for Production, Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Identify out of the box reports, custom reports and queries needed in Production, Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics for improved business performance and transparency.
- Lead SAP project implementation as it relates to Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and reporting, following up on testing and feedback from SoftEngine and coordinating with the Rebellyous team on the same.
- Be the liaison between SoftEngine and Rebellyous.
- Assist the Rebellyous team in learning creation of custom queries.
- Assist Finance with COGS analysis, data entry and other mapping items.
- Create training material and train the Rebellyous team on optimal SAP use.
- Act as SAP subject matter expert for the production, supply chain logistics and inventory teams.
- Resolve discrepancies in SAP by collaborating with the inventory and production supervisor.
- Support inventory team with material planning.
- Understand operations processes in depth, identify gaps in SAP reporting, suggest improvements and ways of optimizing the existing reports to benefit production planning and visibility.
- Lead SAP project implementation as it relates to manufacturing, logistics and reporting.
- Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory in SAP. Coordinate effectively with outside vendors and customers to resolve issues quickly (often within 1 day or less).
Qualifications:
- 3-5yrs years of experience with ERP systems essential; 2+ years of experience in SAP highly preferred.
- Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) required.
- Experience in implementation of ERP systems required.
- Be able to compile realistic and detailed production schedules.
- Be numerate and have planning and analytical skills.
- Expert proficiency in MS excel.
- Prior experience as a production planner in the food industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be solution oriented and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and diligent.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and effectively solve problems quickly.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with changing goalposts.
Compensation Package: This is an hourly, full-time position with vacation and sick time accrual. The hourly rate range is $70,000 - $90,000. We also offer medical, dental and vision benefits.
Location: Our headquarters is located in Tukwila.
